Are you in your 70s and have no one to walk with? Maybe you are in your 50s and you want to keep your strength. Or in your 60s and have found that your kids aren’t as available to hike with you anymore. It could be you are in your 80s and you just want people to do things with, at a pace that is reasonable for you.

Well, Mind, Heart, and Muscle is raising funds to develop an electronic and annual printed Active Aging Resource Guide through which older Vermonters will be able to locate all types of intellectual and physical activities in their community. Once completed, event organizers and partners will provide their updates and you will be able to select activities by location, connect with organizers and join into groups that work perfectly for you.
